My Story: Why I Built This Practice
From watching businesses waste money on fragmented agencies to building a better solution
In 2019, I watched a real estate client struggle with a problem that shouldn’t exist.
They were paying AED 27,000 per month to five different agencies:
- • SEO Agency: AED 8,000/month
- • Google Ads Agency: AED 7,000/month
- • Social Media Agency: AED 5,000/month
- • Web Design Agency: AED 4,000/month
- • Content Writing Freelancer: AED 3,000/month
The result? Complete chaos.
The SEO team wanted the website structure one way. The Google Ads team wanted it another way. The social media agency was creating content that contradicted the SEO strategy. The web designer was making changes without telling anyone. And nobody could explain why organic traffic was dropping while ad costs were rising.
When results didn’t come, everyone blamed everyone else. The SEO agency blamed the website. The Google Ads agency blamed the landing pages. The social media team blamed the content. Nobody owned the outcome.
I realized something: The traditional agency model is fundamentally broken for most businesses.
That’s when I decided to build something different.
Not another agency that manages teams and outsources work. Not another consultant who gives advice but doesn’t execute. But a full-stack marketing practice where one person personally executes across all channels.
I spent the next 18 months building deep expertise across five disciplines:

Today, I work with 8-12 clients at a time, giving each one the integrated marketing system that used to cost them AED 25,000+ per month from multiple agencies, for AED 9,000-12,000.
